we1winphp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified period; or at the sole discretion of we1winphp management where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the Platform or its players. Upon termination, any legitimate balance remaining in a verified account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
